And you know what, it's really a steal! The house is listed for $800,000. But before you freak out about that cost too much, you should know that it was evaluated at $1.8 million.
The main reason for the mark down? The fact that it looks like it was decorated in 1992 and then never updated. The realtor estimates it could cost between $500,000 to $1 million to bring the house into the year 2017, and says that the "for remodelling we estimate anywhere between fifty to one hundred dollars per square foot, I think you could recoup maybe 25%." But my question is, do you have to remodel?

Mark Z, the realtor responsible for this epic listing said that "I feel like I went back in time." He added that "I was shocked that the decor has not been updated from back in time when this was the style,"
The 10,000 square foot house may look outdated, but it does have a lot of impressive features. It has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and is right on the water.
Not to mention the totally awesome indoor in-ground pool that you can swim in year-round!
It also has its own mini home theater with different levels so everyone can see no matter where they sit.
The real estate company that is listing the property actually has a policy where they will buy the house if it doesn't sell, but Mark believes that "there is a home for everyone."
