"Sunny day! Sweepin' the clouds away! On my way to where the air is sweet! Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sesame Street?"

It's a song we all know off by heart no matter how old we are now because it was literally one of the most important parts of our days.

Sesame Street was a staple in almost every household. Those Muppets were our teachers and our friends before we made our way into elementary school or daycare, and they gave us a lot of life lessons that taught us how to be a good kid.

Because Sesame Street has been around for so long, it's become something that can be passed down from generation to generation. It's a show that has no time limit on relevancy, and will always be the perfect children's show.

It doesn't matter how old you are, we all still want to know how to get to Sesame Street, and for one lucky woman, her daughter hooked her up in a major way.

Maddy Cunningham shared a bunch of pictures and videos of her big surprise to her mom, and it's the most heartwarming thing you'll see on the internet all day.

She didn't tell her mom where they were going, so as the elevator door opened up there was pure shock on her face.

Her mom thought that the office tour was going to be it, but it was just the beginning.

As Cunningham brought her mom into the studio, the expression is enough to bring tears to your eyes.

Have you ever seen someone so purely overwhelmed by joy?

Every time they took a step around the studio, Cunningham's mom found something else to be completely amazed by.

But then they brought out the big stars.

Ernie came to greet her, and even though you can clearly see the puppeteer, her mom is so enchanted that you can see that she is making eye contact with the Muppet instead.

She then got to meet the one and only Cookie Monster, and be a part of a little monster sandwich.

And she even got to meet Rosita in a little pig costume, who was sweet enough to thank her for the work she does as a teacher.

It's really easy to become cynical in our lives now, but every once and a while you see something like this that is so pure and wholesome that it brings you so much joy.
