The New 'Roseanne' Opening Has Been Released And We're Having Serious Flashbacks

Over the last few months we've been waiting for the Roseanne revival, and now that we're getting down to the wire, we've started to see even more of the new season of the classic show.

When the show ended, everyone was a little bit confused and sad. Dan was gone, and we were all pretty upset that we wouldn't be spending some time with the Conner family anymore. They were one of the great TV families and for some reason their dysfunction made our crazy lives feel normal.

It was one of those shows that you could curl up on the couch with the whole family and each enjoy it no matter how old you were. Sure, as the youngest of the family some of the jokes went over my head, but I still liked watching it with my mom and dad.

It seemed like the 90s put a lot more focus on the opening credits than shows nowadays do. It was important to set the tone of the show and that thirty-second segment was crucial. Shows today don't even have a theme song, they just string the credits along the bottom of the first few minutes.

I don't know about you, but I kind of miss the credits. But lucky for us, so does Roseanne. She's made sure that her show brings back a little touch of that classic 90s feeling, and it'll honestly bring so much joy to your heart. It honestly feels like you are traveling back in time and sitting on your mom's couch all over again.

Check out all the nods to the original credits...

We're back around the table, looking at Roseanne when Dan comes in and gives her a sweet little kiss on the cheek like he always does.

Jackie comes in, wearing the greatest sweater I've ever seen while Darlene loads up a plate for her son, before getting her daughter to come to the table.

The original Becky is back as well, and just as they all sit down, D.J. comes in his with his young daughter who runs up to her grandma and tries to steal her food.

The whole thing really feels perfectly nostalgic, while still introducing us to the new characters. Honestly, it feels pretty spot-on to what we would have wanted.

Does this make you even more excited for the show, or do you still think that they should have left it all in the past?
