Ever since they first announced the new cast of the Queen movie, we have been waiting to see how it will turn out. We were excited to see the first image from the set, but now there is footage of the actual filming and it's looking pretty good!
The full cast was spotted on stage, filming a scene for the upcoming biopic called Bohemian Rhapsody, and so far people are liking what they see! Even the actual band members were on set, watching in excitement.
the look on Brian May's face watching Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury just made me feel emotional pic.twitter.com/mctxyKYf3t— Jett Rink (@jessiekaiser) September 12, 2017
The short clip shows Malek and the rest of the cast coming on stage for the iconic 1985 Live Aid performance. It starts with him going to the piano to start playing the song 'Bohemian Rhapsody' while real-life Queen member, Brian May, watched just off camera.
Not only were we able to see Malek on stage as Mercury, but the rest of the band was visible as well. It looks like they are going to be doing a really good job at making them look like the original members!
The video is short and sweet, but it's a good indication of how they are approaching this movie...
So far fans have been pretty excited about it, with one even saying that is "already the best thing to ever happen in my life."
