'Mighty Ducks' Star Shaun Weiss Arrested While High On Meth

Marysville Police Department

Shaun Weiss starred in the classic series The Mighty Ducks back in the 90s, but most recently he has been making headlines after several arrests in the past years.

Marysville Police Department have released a statement that says Weiss was arrested for residential burglary and being under the influence of methamphetamine Sunday around 7 AM.

Police say Weiss broke into a woman’s garage and then broke into her car by shattering a window. The homeowner called police during the break-in, and officers found Weiss in the car when they arrived.

They arrested him and took him to the Yuba County Jail. He was charged with bring under the influence of methamphetamine and residential burglary. He is being held on a $52,500 bail.

He face has changed significantly since he was last seen on screen in 2008, looking more gaunt, sickly, and honestly unrecognizable since his days as the iconic Mighty Ducks goalie.

Previously Weiss was brought into the Oroville police station when he was found "behaving erratically with flashlights," causing police officers to believe he was intoxicated.

He was brought to jail to sober up, but was apparently polite the whole time. The cops believed he was under the influence of drugs, but weren't sure which kind.

We hope that he gets the help he needs.
