10 Shows From The 90s That Deserve A Reboot

The reboots that have been coming out recently aren't...great. The idea of them is wonderful, but no one needed to see human versions of Reboot, okay? We were fine with our blue animation and didn't need anything other than that. Dynasty was perfect before they did whatever is happening now.

YTV posted this picture of their new Reboot cast. People were less than impressed. Twitter

But there are some shows we wouldn't hate to see come back to our television sets (or Netflix, at least!)

1. Clarissa Explains It All

Los Angeles Times

Before she was casting spells as Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Melissa Joan Hart was showing us the struggles of growing up. When Clarissa sat on her bed to give us life advice, you can bet your bottom dollar we listened. Frankly, I could still use some advice as an adult. Come back, Clarissa!

2. All That

TV Series

Aside from the fact that it would be wonderful to have Amanda Bynes back to her comedy roots, All That was our Saturday Night Live! Granted, Keenan Thompson is now on SNL, but I'm sure he'd come back as long as Kel did, too. It goes without saying that this should only be rebooted if the original cast can come back. I don't need some 12-year-old kid in 2017 telling me what to laugh at.

3. Legends Of The Hidden Temple

Reddit

Idea: bring back all the past winners of the old series and have them compete all over again. Or make their kids do it (if they have kids.) This is the kind of TV game show I would watch. Miss me with that Candy Crush game show.

4. Martin

Uproxx

Martin Lawrence dominated the 90s with his sitcom. It may have only ran 5 seasons, but I think we can all agree we'd take another 5 if it were possible. Plus, we could all use some more Tracy Morgan in our lives.

5. Are You Afraid Of The Dark

Honestly, some of these episodes still haunt me. So I guess it would make sense for this show to come back. Although maybe the episodes will have to be adjusted for what we find scary now, like taxes, student debt, and commitment.

6. Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air

Let's make one thing very clear: no one can, should, or will ever replace Uncle Phil. So don't even try. But watching a "where are they now" type of reboot for Fresh Prince would be amazing. The cast is still pretty close (except for the original Aunt Viv obviously) and I'm sure a few of them could use the cash.

7. Hey Arnold!

Voxx

We've already noticed hidden, darker meanings in Hey Arnold! that we never caught as kids, so watching a more adult-style version of the show would be amazing. I miss seeing that big football head on my screen.

8. Keenan & Kel

Slash Film

If the entire cast of All That can't get back together, we'll settle for these two. Of course, in a perfect world we would get both, but I guess you can't win them all. We were so close to a Good Burger sequel, and this would just be icing on the cake.

9. Brotherly Love

EW

We all need more of the Lawrence brothers in our lives. This show was severely underrated, as it was often compared to Boy Meets World. Other than Joey, none of the other brothers have had necessarily successful careers, although Andrew was the voice of T.J. on Recess.

10. Salute Your Shorts

IMDb

Camp Anawanna was where we all wanted to go for the summer. Donkeylips, Ug, Sponge, and Telly were what dreams were made of when we were kids. Sure, it may not have been the most realistic of camps, but that doesn't mean it wasn't awesome! There's one simple way to reboot the show: bring everyone back as counsellors.

Which shows do you want to see rebooted?

25 Years After Leaving Bayside High, Here's What The Cast of "Saved By The Bell" Are Up To Now

AOL TV named Saved By The Bell one of the "20 Best School Shows of all Time," and I'm sure everyone who's reading this article can agree with that sentiment. The American TV sitcom aired from 1989 to 1993, but has recently been classified as "educational and informational." That's cool and all, but it was also super-duper funny. It was one of the shows we looked forward to the most in the early '90s, and it helped launch the careers of some of these teen actors. Cindy Crawford Recreated Her Iconic 1992 Super Bowl Ad And It's Making Us Feel Old

In today's edition of things that remind you of how old you are, is supermodel Cindy Crawford's Super Bowl XXVI ad from 1992. Ricky Martin Is Back In The Spotlight, But Where Has He Been All These Years?

Lately it seems like Ricky Martin is everywhere, and it's giving us serious '90s nostalgia.Between wedding bells, a role on a hit TV series, and a residency in Las Vegas, we're all livin' la vida loca again. Warner Bros. But we also can't help wondering where he's been for the last decade or so. Martin was one of the most successful musicians on the planet in the early 2000s, but it feels like he dropped off the face of the Earth just a few years later. As it turns out, that's not too far from the truth.Martin (far
