You Can Live In The '10 Things I Hate About You' House And It's Actually Amazing

We all remember watching 10 Things I Hate About You in the late 90s and becoming completely obsessed with Kat Statford's rebel style, or Bianca's collection of cute sundresses. The Stratford sisters were iconic for us, and we can all admit that part of the reason was their absolutely epic house.

So many moments in that movie took place in that home, and it just felt like the most iconic and idyllic place for this story to unfold. I don't know how many times I thought that it would be comfortable to sit on the porch of my house and drink a coffee and read a book. I tried more than once, and let me tell you, it was not as comfortable as Kat made it look.

I wondered if it was just because she was much more graceful than me, or if their porch was simply better, but now I have the opportunity to find out.

The real house they used to film 10 Things I Hate About You is on the market, so you can go move into your dream home and live that perfect Shakespearean-inspired life.

Although if you want to live like you're in a movie, it's going to cost you a pretty penny. The house is on the market for $1.6 million, but when you see how gorgeous it still looks inside you'll understand why. Also, who can really put a price on all those precious memories of our favorite teen movie right?

The house is located in Tacoma, Washington, and unlike a lot of other famous homes from movies and television, they actually filmed inside this house. You can really tell once you see inside...

Sure, we can't actually afford this gigantic house, but at least we can take a peek inside and see all the sets from our favorite movie! It's crazy how much everything looks the same.

There's that porch we all know and love

Here's where you argue with your dad about letting you date even though your loser sister doesn't want to. Weird rule dad...

Not sure if we knew what the kitchen looked like in the movie, but in real life it's pretty fancy!

Here's the perfect space to have a teen meltdown

The basement's pretty awesome too, if your dad was cooler you could have your own parties

What do you think? Is it worth the $1.6 million?
