Watch Cindy Crawford Recreate Her Iconic 90s Super Bowl Pepsi Ad With Her Son

Supermodel Cindy Crawford was at her prime when she starred in one of the most memorable Pepsi commercials of the 90s, but the model has recently proven that she still has what it takes to turn heads.

As part of Pepsi's "Generation" campaign, which aims to honor the brands 120-year history in popular culture, 51-year-old Crawford was tapped to recreate her iconic 1992 Super Bowl Ad.

In the original ad, Crawford, who was wearing a white tank top and jean shorts, pulls over at a gas station and steps out of a red sports car to buy a can of Pepsi. Nearby, there were two young boys watching as she made her way to the vending machine and takes a swig of the fizzy drink.

While the ad made it seem like the boys were admiring the gorgeous model, in the end, we learn that they were actually infatuated by the look of new "beautiful" Pepsi can.

Crawford filmed another version of the ad a few years later, in 2002, to draw attention to the new Diet Pepsi.

Now, the mom-of-two has reprised her role as a Pepsi spokesperson, however, this time around she traded her Daisy Dukes for a denim shirt, and is joined by her 18-year-old son, Presley Walker Gerber, who grabbed a soda from the vending machine just like his mother did all those years ago.

In the weeks leading up to the ad's debut, a teaser still from the commercial was released, and Crawford issued a statement expressing her excitement about her role in the new ad.

“To this day, people come up to talk about how much they loved my original Pepsi spot from ’92,’” Crawford said. “The commercial was a big moment for me and has spanned generations. I am proud to play a role in this iconic pop-culture phenom and excited for fans to see our take on the Pepsi spot during Super Bowl.”

She also boasted about having the opportunity to work with her son.

"Just as a mother, we drove to work together that day and we shared the same trailer. And when he was doing his thing, I was just a proud mom watching from the sidelines, trying not to annoy him," she explained.

In addition to Crawford and Gerber, the minute-long ad, which aired during the Super Bowl 52 on February 4, featured other celebrities and regular folks sipping on the fizzy drink.

For a touch of nostalgia, Britney Spears and Michael Jackson's Pepsi commercials also made cameos in the new ad.

Pepsi also introduced new retro-inspired designs for their cans and they're now available for retail.
