It's Been 30 Years Since The A-Team Ended, But Where Are The Best 'Soldiers Of Fortune' Now?

"Ten years ago a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team."

It's been a long time since the original A-Team were on the run, but we obviously still miss them and a lot of us still watch the show in repeats on TV. The show was an action-packed adventure that was around for 5 seasons and was one of the best shows the 80s had to offer.

The awesome and iconic cast made the show what it was, but what did they get up to after the team disassembled?

George Peppard - John "Hannibal" Smith

Playing Hannibal was one of the last few jobs he did. He had a long career before in shows like Doctors' Hospital and Banacek. He also was in movies like Breakfast at Tiffany's and How the West Was Won. He passed away at the age of 65 in 1994 due to a pneumonia.

Dwight Schultz - "Howling Mad" Murdock

Not really the pilot you would think you wanted, but you know what he was the best in the biz. Quite the opposite from Peppard, Schultz landed the A-Team after only having a few other parts on TV. He has gone on to play characters in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Voyage. Now he does a lot of voice over work including Catdog, Family Guy and All Hail King Julien. He actually had a quick cameo in the 2010 movie based on the show.

Mr. T - B.A. Baracus

I pity the fool who doesn't like B.A. Baracus! Mr. T's first big role was in Rocky III, then he started acting in bit parts as himself and by 1983 he got his own show. The same year he ended up landing The A-Team and got to play the big guy with the debilitating fear of flying. He was also a WWF wrestler for a couple years and has sporadically reappeared most often as himself as voice over parts.

Dirk Benedict - Templeton "Faceman" Peck

He was already pretty well established by the time he landed the role as Face, acting in a few shows like Chopper One, Charlie's Angels and Battlestar Galactica. Since the A-Team he has slowed down, last seen in The A-Team movie where Bradley Cooper took over as Face and he was instead just a background character.

The A-Team is easily one of the greatest 80s shows. Their plans always work out, their jokes are always goofy and it's just some good 80s fun.
