Brody Jenner Called Out Caitlyn Jenner For Skipping His Wedding

After a two-year engagement, Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter finally tied the knot in a gorgeous destination wedding this week.

But there were some pretty big gaps in the event's guest list, and Brody wasn't afraid to call out his biological father, Caitlyn Jenner, for skipping his big day.

"They never even RSVP'd"

Jenner, who has starred in The Hills and Bromance, and has recently appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, seemed happy in photos from his wedding day.

He married Carter in a ceremony on Indonesia's lush Sumba Island, and he told People that being married "feels awesome."

"I’m the luckiest man on earth to have Kaitlynn by my side."

But Brody's side of the aisle must have been pretty empty: E! reports that Caitlyn Jenner, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, and all of the Kardashians chose to skip the event.

Brody revealed to People that his half-sisters did not even answer their invitations.

"My two little sisters, we never even heard from them," he said.

"They never even RSVP’d I don’t think. We sent them an invite but we just never heard anything back."

While Brody said he "would have loved to have had them there," it's not too surprising that Kylie would miss the event.

In February, Brody told TMZ that he had not seen his sister in "a couple of years," and had not even been told she was pregnant until the news broke.

But Caitlyn Jenner's absence definitely upset Brody.

"It was a big disappointment"

From Brody's statements, it's not clear if Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and Rob Kardashian were even invited to the wedding.

But he says Caitlyn Jenner "had known about the wedding for a year" but still missed it.

"It was a big disappointment," Brody confessed to People, but he "wasn't surprised" by the snub.

"I’m pretty used to her doing that sort of thing," he explained.

Earlier, a source had claimed Caitlyn's tight work schedule had kept her from attending the event, but that doesn't fit with Brody's side of the story.

Caitlyn was attending an AIDS and HIV fundraiser in Austria called the Life Ball on the same day as Brody's wedding.

However she did make an appearance at Carter's bridal shower, sharing a selfie with the bride-to-be on Instagram and writing that she had "so much fun."

"I’m so happy you were there!" Carter commented on the photo. "It meant a lot to me!"

Despite all of the absences, it's obvious the newlyweds still enjoyed their island getaway.

Brody's mother, actress Linda Thompson, was on hand for his big day, and his brother Brandon Jenner served as his best man.
